I don't usually model my work, when I create a garment
I always have a strong idea and image of the person I see wearing my design.
And of course for my Tribute to Heritage project I never in a million years
imagined myself modeling my designs for my project. But after some encouragement from
my fashion tutor and lack of availability of my model I had no choice but to model the garments myself.
I suppose I was a little apprehensive about modelling my own designs because I felt there would be too much ego in my motives for choosing to wear my own designs. But I suppose if I can't be comfortable in my own design, how do I expect someone else to be? So I swallowed my pride and modelled my own garments and it felt REALLY good!

Special thanks to Jade M.

her flowers.
